“The consistency and determination to look and feel better about myself helped me see what real discipline looks like. I followed the meal plan and the workouts to the best of my ability. Even when I worked late, I still got the work in.”

“The biggest win for me so far has to be my muscle definition. In my 45 years, I’ve had very little to no muscle definition. I’ve tried other programs and approaches, but I’ve never seen the kind of results I’m seeing with your program.”

Matt W. · Client

“Before I started on this fitness journey, I wasn’t happy overall with my weight and just my physical condition. Going from playing any and every sport, being in shape, to having children and kind of losing that part of my life. Since starting with Shawn I have not only lost weight and gained muscle, but I have gained the confidence I once had back.”

Christina W. · Client

“My personal experience with Sho Gains Elite Fitness has been life changing, through the meal plans and a tailored fitness program designed for me personally that works with my schedule and utilizing my own personal equipment. The program works great. By following your prepared meal plan and workouts, you see results within weeks. Your progress is documented by photos of yourself before and after, and you see the changes. Try the program for yourself and you’ll realize the changes are life altering: more energy, stamina, and an overall healthier lifestyle. No excuses, just do it.”

Individual results vary. Progress requires training, nutrition, and weekly check-ins.

The method

A system, not a challenge.

01

Training

Periodized lifting built around your schedule, equipment, and injury history. No random workouts.

02

Nutrition

Custom macros and meal plans using foods you actually eat. Tracking setup included.

03

Execution

Weekly check-ins, restaurant strategy, travel plans. The plan only works if you run it.

Coaching

Built around your life.

Desk job or physical work. Shift sleep. Kids. Travel. The plan accounts for it. If your week is 4 training days and 7,000 steps, that is the starting point — not a fantasy split.

  • Custom calorie and protein targets
  • Meal plan built from your foods
  • Training program with progression
  • Weekly check-ins
  • Restaurant, travel, and weekend strategy
  • Direct access for course corrections

Nutrition

Food you will actually eat.

Egg whites. Smoked chicken. Rice. Yogurt. The plan is built from your list — loves, hates, budget, and cooking skill. Tracking method included, whether that is an app or a spreadsheet.

This is for you if

  • You will track food at least 6 days a week
  • You can train 3–5 days on a real schedule
  • You want a coach, not another PDF challenge
  • You can take feedback without negotiating it away

Not for you if

  • You quit if the scale does not move in week two
  • You will not follow the meal plan you asked for
  • You need daily hand-holding
  • You want magic without protein, sleep, or steps

Questions

Who is this for?+

Busy professionals who want fat loss or recomposition without guesswork. You need to be willing to track, train, and reply to check-ins.

Do I need a gym?+

A full gym is ideal. Home setups work if you have a barbell or a serious dumbbell set. We design around what you actually have.

How does onboarding work?+

You book a call, share your stats and schedule, then macros, meal plan, and training are set from those details.

What if I travel or eat out?+

That is expected. You get a restaurant and travel protocol so the plan does not collapse on weekends.

How do I get started?+

Book a call. Pick a time that works. If it is a fit, you get the next step from there.
